In this article you will learn how to navigate through the Vendio selling tools and what options and actions are available within your account.
Vendio offers 2 levels to the navigation menu:
- Top-level navigation
- Contextual menu
Top-level navigation
The top-level navigation is located in the blue navigation bar at the top of all Vendio platform pages and in the right top corner for help, sign out, and preferences.
- My Vendio - Includes a contextual menu linking to pages like My Vendio (the dashboard for your account), My Vendio Handmade (the application for handmade sellers), and My Account (billing and account related settings).
- Stores - Includes functions to manage your Vendio Store.
- Items - Includes functions related to your products/inventory and selling them on marketplaces: My Items (to view all your items/products/inventory), Create Items (to add a new product to your Vendio inventory), Profiles (to use as setup for multiple products ), eBay Templates (for your eBay products description), eBay Custom Templates (the eBay templates that you designed yourself and uploaded into Vendio to use with your eBay products description), Import Items (import your existing products from eBay, Amazon, Etsy or your own spreadsheet), Export Inventory (to export the products available in your Vendio inventory).
- Images - Includes functions related to your images. View all your images under the My Images menu, Upload Images and manage your images properties with Watermarking, ZoomStream, and XPress Publisher.
- Orders - Includes functions related to fulfilling and managing orders and feedback for your products received from channels and marketplaces. View and process your orders on Sold Items, manage your eBay Feedback and eBay Unpaid Items, and view the Sales Archive.
- Channels - Includes functions and info about your listings on different marketplaces and selling channels. View the status of your listings on the My Listings page, manage your eBay Second Chance Offers, setup your Comparison Shopping channels, Revise eBay Listings, set eBay Auto-Reviser rules, and customize the settings for your eBay Gallery.
- Promotions - Includes the option to setup your Vendio Store Coupons.
- Customers - View and manage your list of customers in Contact Management and set the eBay Buyer Appreciation options.
- Analytics - In this section you will find the Reports for your business and also data about the eBay and Vendio Store Counters.
- Sign Out - Link to Log out of your Vendio account.
- Help - Link to the help resources and guides for managing your business using Vendio.
- Preferences - On the right side, under the blue menu, the Preferences link opens the page with the less frequent settings you might need on your Vendio account.
Contextual menu
The contextual menu is available after you open a link available in the top-level navigation. When you are using a certain section of the application you will see the other links from the same section in a menu under the blue navigation bar. This way you can easily navigate to similar pages.
