Please be aware that when you revise an active eBay listing the changes that you make will not be reflected in the Vendio inventory item.
There are some fields that can be revised on active eBay listings through Vendio by going to “Channels” > “Revise eBay istings”. Once you are on this page you can put a checkmark in the box to the left of the listing that you want to revise and click the “Bulk Revise” button and follow the steps. Please note that revision attempts will only be successful if they comply with eBay's rules. You may view eBay's rules on revisions here. You might need to click on the "Details" tab (instead of the default "Basic" tab) in order to find the field that you want to revise. Once you have made your changes just click the "Revise" button. The fields that can be revised are:
- Listing Title
- Listing Subtitle
- Starting Bid
- Buy It Now Price
- Reserve Price
- Description (you can add text before or after the existing description, or you can replace the existing description with a new one)
- Optional paid eBay Features
- eBay Combined Shipping Discount Profiles
There is also a button on the "Revise Listings" page labeled "Find & Revise". You can use this option to find all of your listings that meet certain criteria (i.e. all listings where the title contains the word "red") and then revise a certain field for all of those listings (i.e. set the subtitle to "Great for Valentine's Day!"). Be sure to preview before saving!
The "View History" button can be used to view the revision history (that was done through the Vendio Reviser tool) for either a specific item or for all of your items. You can also pause any auto-revise rules that you have set from this page.
You may find additional information about Vendio Reviser here.
