How to I enable my account so that Vendio will receive my Amazon order information?

In order to do this you will first need to make sure your Amazon account is connected to your Vendio account. This can be done by going to "Preferences" (at the top right of most pages in your Vendio account). Then select "Channels" from the drop-down box at the top of the page. Near the bottom of the page click "Use this link to log into your Amazon Seller Central account" and follow the steps to connect your Amazon account to your Vendio account.

Once your Amazon account is connected to your Vendio account, from the bottom of the Channel Preferences page, click the "Amazon contact form" link. Then send this message to Amazon:

"Please transmit my orders and settlement reports in XML format to enable Vendio to receive my order information."
