You can match items to Amazon's catalog either individually or in bulk.
To do this for an individual item go to "Items" --> "My Items" and click on the title of the item to edit it. On the "Marketplaces" tab enter your product identifier (such as the UPC) into the corresponding field near the top left of the page. Then click the blue "Catalog Match" button to the right. Click on the "Amazon" tab and then click the "Search Catalog" button. This will give you one or more matches to the Amazon catalog. Click "Choose This Item" to the right of the correct item. You can then choose to prefill the ASIN, UPC, Title, Price, and Manufacturer for either all sales channels (eBay, Amazon, and the Vendio Store) or only Amazon. Once you are done click "OK". Your item is now matched to Amazon's catalog.
To match items to Amazon's catalog in bulk first go to "Items" --> "My Items" and put check marks in the boxes to the left of the items you want to match to Amazon's catalog. Then click the "Actions" button and select "Match Amazon Catalog". This will load the "Amazon Match & Publish" page. Suggested matches will be displayed based on the product identifiers that you have already entered into the items. Be sure the correct catalog items are selected and then save your changes. You can either click "Save All" at the bottom of the page to save all items in bulk, or you can click "Save Only" to the right of individual items to only save those items. If you also want to publish the items to Amazon then use the "Save & Publish Amazon Ready Items from this list" button to save and publish all of them, or use the "Save & Publish" button to the right of an individual item to only save and publish that item. Please note that prior to saving you also have the option of editing some of the Amazon fields, such as price and quantity.
