Why are my counters not working?

The most common reason that counters will stop working in an account is if your eBay token has expired. You may update your eBay token by going to "Preferences" (at the top right of most pages in your Vendio account) > select "Channels" from the drop-down box at the top of the page > click "Re-Authorize" and follow the steps.
